Crafted from stainless steel, an alloy steel with high chromium content which forms a surface oxide film, protecting the metal and immediately reforming in the event of chemical or mechanical damage, Beta’s INOX tools eradicate the risk of ferrous contamination that can occur when ordinary carbon steel tools are used on stainless-steel screws, nuts or surfaces. In this instance, iron particles may shed from the tools, resulting in iron mould and potentially triggering localised corrosion.
Made using magnetic steel AISI 420, whose outstanding mechanical characteristics deliver tools that exceed the standards, Beta’s INOX Stainless Steel tools are 100% recyclable and feature exceptional ergonomic properties giving superior comfort and ease of handling for professional users. INOX tools get less dirty and are cleaned better than tools made from other materials and can be autoclaved at 121°C.
